1.  By Plane

Split-Airport is the largest on the Croatian Adriatic Coast, only 20kms from the centre of Split and the Ferry Port. Croatian-Airlines and British-Airways offer direct flights from the UK. Ryannair fly to Ancona, Italy where you can catch a direct overnight ferry to Split with either Blue Line or Jadrolinija Ferries.

There are very good bus connections  to all parts of the Island, including Mirca, with Autotrans-Brac company.

There is also  a local airport on the island, suitable for flights with small planes. More info on: www.brac-airport.hr

2.  By Ferry - Split to Supetar, Brac

During the summer months ferries run every hour between Split and Supetar. Journey time 45 mins. Hydrofoils also travel between the two, travel time 20 mins. Mirca is 3kms along the coast from the ferry.

Note: Split is the largest and most important passenger port on the Adriatic coast. Maritime and ferry lines connect it with Corfu, Bari, Pescara, Ancona and Venice, as well as with Hvar, Korcula, Dubrovnik, Sibenik, Zadar and Rijeka.
